I am also on the same page. I purchased a plot but developer didn't informed us about the litigation is going on that land. After executing sale deed there was a delay in getting 7/12 and now after 6 months, we received civil court notice to all plot holders (100 nos.). Now builder is saying he will take the plot back and pay us. But we are not sure how the developer will take the plot back without approaching the civil court? What is the legal procedure to return the plot back to the developer?
